• Tennis Blast is a new, fun group activity featuring fast paced tennis
drills, footwork, strength building exercises and flexibility to give
participants of all abilities the ultimate, high energy, heart pumping
calorie burning workout.
• The program was created by Kerry Dock and David Bailey who saw the
potential to create a crossover between fitness and tennis and
therefore attracting a whole new generation of people who want to get
fit, lose weight and stay that way. |
