Charter Mason represents a number of professional service organisations that have all enjoyed success in their own market domains. The company was born out of the recognition of a need for an integrated approach across multiple disciplines of organisational performance to effectively manage complex change. Primarily these disciplines span the human performance, process effectiveness and systems, domains of the enterprise and focus on their ability to help clients deliver to stakeholder expectations.

Charter Mason is the representative capability of a number of organisations within the group as well as a number of Partner organisations that provide specialist capability.

The Challenge

Integrate business units in the online environment by delivering a complete Content Management Solution so that Charter Mason could manage the content and regular news articles. Charter Mason also requested that we implement an email marketing tool so that they could acquire new contacts and the ability to email their clients and staff regular news.

The Process

The creative department came up with a template which would work consistently within the website. The layout and functionality is consistent and its functionality is important for the brand, and its universality.

The Result

Charter Mason did not have an online solution so we implemented a Content Management tool that enables the client to update their website with ease whenever they want. They are able to add new sections dynamically, add new articles and insert images etc. The new website will help bring brand awareness, and has provided Charter Mason with the ability to communicate with their staff, customers and potential customers. Charter Mason are now receiving several hundred leads each month.
